Southwark biodiversity partnership

In 1994 Southwark set up a partnership to manage wildlife in
the borough. The partnership is formed of council departments
and external organisations who are experts in wildlife management of notable land owners.

To manage wildlife the Southwark biodiversity partnership has produced a Biodiversity Action Plan for Southwark. The plan aims to conserve, enhance and promote biodiversity in Southwark.
