Facilities
South Dock Marina is situated in a quiet and pleasant environment. Its facilities and location are ideal for long term stays and visitors. Long term berths are allocated upon signing a berthing licence with the marina and fees can be paid either monthly, every three months, every six months or annually. All facilities are included within the fee except electricity, which is metered and invoiced monthly. Different charges apply for our visitors.
Facilities for your boat

Slipways
There are no slipways at South Dock Marina but you can use the slipway at Surrey Docks Water Sports Centre that is located close to the marina. Alternatively, you can use the crane within South Dock Marina's boat yard.
Cranage
Our crane is permanently mounted within the marina so it's not affected by tides. It can lift up to 17.5 tonnes and has an "adjustable spreader beam" to enable vessels of up to 15 metres in length to be lifted between road transport and the water. It can also be used for removal of engines, holding for surveys and stepping or unstepping masts. Vessels can be moved to the yard on a cradle with a limitation of 15 tonnes.
Please note the boat yard is open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm Saturday, Sunday quiet works only.
