Satisfaction surveys

We are always trying to improve our repairs service so we do need to know when you are not happy with the quality of the work. To help us improve the service, we regularly carry out satisfaction surveys on completed repairs. Do not be surprised if one of our team calls you when the work has been completed to ask you how well it went.

We also use research companies like Mori to carry out independent surveys to help us assess our performance.
