Housing fire risk assessment register
This register is a comprehensive record of all fire risk assessments (FRAs) for Southwark Council housing. Here you can find out the date of the last fire risk assessment for the landlord's communal areas associated with your home and order a copy if you wish to see more detail about the fire risks identified in your block.
Information held in this register is correct at time of publishing and will be updated on a regular basis. Fire risk assessments are under constant review, and the contents of the register will be updated quarterly from September 2010.

Request a copy of a fire risk assessment
If you would like a copy of the fire risk assessment for your block, please complete the online form, and we promise to send it to you within 20 days.
You will need to provide your name, address and the FRA requested.

If you wish to request more than ten FRAs, please submit a formal written request under the Freedom of Information Act 2006.
