What if you are not happy with the repair?
Professional standards
All our repairs are carried out to a professional standard. We use the most appropriate materials whenever we carry out any repair work, and have agreed a range of technical specifications for all areas of work.
Do tell us
However at times, this may go wrong and you may not be happy with the quality of a repair. If this happens, please tell us. We expect all our repairs to be carried out professionally and have strict agreements with our contractors to do so. If faced with this you should contact the estate property management team and we will send someone round to either fix or inspect the problems.
Formal complaint
If you have contacted your estate property management team and you are still not happy, you can make a formal complaint .
