When will my emergency repair be fixed?
We will attend within 24 hours. Where there is a danger to your health and safety, we will try to attend within two hours of you reporting the repair, or four hours if the repair relates to heating, estate lighting and door entry systems. Please note that this will be to make the situation safe, we may have to come back another day to do the full repair.
