If you are a Southwark council or housing association tenant and want to move to another council, housing association or housing cooperative home within Southwark, you must first complete a waiting list application form. You must have lived in your current property for one year or more to be eligible to do this.
You can collect a form from your One Stop Shop, area housing office or from the Homesearch centre. Alternatively, you may download a waiting list application form.
We will have to interview you so we can check your documents. The interview will last about 15 minutes and will give you a chance to ask us any questions that you have.
Please do not send your personal documents through the post.
Before you come in, ring the Homesearch Centre on 020 7525 5950 to arrange a time for your interview. Phone early for a same day appointment or you can make one for another day if you prefer.
If you come in without an appointment, you probably won't be seen, so phone in before you come.
