The housing options service is available to everyone in Southwark with a housing problem. We have a range of services to help and advise you. We understand that it isn't easy to get council housing, so we work with many types of housing providers to help people to find the home they need as quickly as possible.

The Housing Option Advice Line

The first step to getting the help you need is to ring the Housing Options advice line on 020 7525 5950. The advice line is staffed by professional housing officers who can help you find the best solution to your housing problem.

You also need to ring the advice line to make appoinments for interviews, whether you are applying to go on the waiting list or you are going to be made homeless and need help or advice.

The Homesearch centre is where you go to for your interview.
