Outreach services
The St Mungos assertive response outreach team, offer a flexible approach that allows people to receive a service where they feel most comfortable (e.g. at home, in a café, on the street, in prison, hospital etc.), helping to enable individuals and establish effective links with other services. They work with anyone who is:

over 18 years old
-
lives in or has a connection with Southwark
-
drinks on the streets
-
uses crack and/or heroin
-
needs extra help and support to access the services that they need

For workers
If you have a client you would like to refer or discuss you can contact the alcohol strategy coordinator on 020 7525 5000 who will put you in contact with the outreach manager.
As this is an outreach team they are often out of the office, however please leave a message and somebody will contact you direct, either via telephone or a personal visit.
