Complaints
We recognise that there may be times when things go wrong. If this happens we want to know about it. We will explain to you how to make your complaint. We have a procedure for dealing with complaints. This is straightforward and starts with a local manager but will involve others if necessary.
We will
- Make it easy for you to complain (complaint forms will be available at every public access point in council buildings)
- Try to sort out your complaint on the spot if we can
- Respond to your complaint within ten working days or keep you updated with the reason for the delay, and
- Tell you what you can do next if you are still not happy
