Tenant means a secure tenant, as defined by the Housing Act 1985, and includes everyone who signs the tenancy agreement. In the cases of joint tenants, each individual signing the
agreement is individually and collectively liable.
Council means the London Borough of Southwark.
The block means the building in which your home is situated, and is used for flats and maisonettes only.
Estate means the estate in which your home is situated.
