Antisocial behaviour

We will not accept any abuse of our employees or their agents, such as contractors. Your tenancy agreement says that you must act in a reasonable way towards our employees and agents, and must not threaten, abuse or assault staff who are carrying out work on our behalf. This also applies outside normal office hours and to personal, phone and written contact.

In the same way, our staff should always act in a reasonable way towards you. We will not hesitate to take appropriate legal action, including the option for eviction if you abuse or assault staff who are carrying out work on your behalf.
