Service Standards Consultation
Get involved and help us improve our services
We are consulting with residents over the standards of service we provide. We are developing new standards, called local offers in the following areas:

Major works: Major works are large or medium-scale improvements to your property or block. Examples include major repairs to the structure of your building or replacement to windows that are beyond repair

Responsive repairs: These are the day to day repairs to your property that you report to us

Estate Services: We carry out estate inspections every month. All residents are invited to attend these inspections. We provide a range of services to estates including cleaning and grounds maintenance
By meeting with resident groups in each of the three areas we have developed draft standards that we are now consulting on.
How to take part
- Comment on the draft standards by emailing service.standards@southwark.gov.uk or calling 020 7525 3293. The web consultation is open for three weeks and closes on the 22 February 2012.
- Comment on the standards through area forums and resident councils in February and March 2012
