This refers to large emitting commercial and public organisations. 81% of Southwark's emissions come from the built environment, or Southwark's 120,000 homes, businesses, and public sector buildings, including council and school buildings.

Large emitters will be invited to join 'the 200 club' - a network which will provide ongoing support and advice.
