Young carers project
Young carers project
These projects help children and young people who have a caring responsibility at home, due to the health needs of someone they live with.
If you are caring for someone with an illness or a disability, whether you live with them or not, you are a carer.
These projects provide services to ensure that young carers have access to the same opportunities and experiences that other children take for granted.
