Fees for copies of certificates

A full birth certificate, death certificate or marriage certificate costs £9 and a short certificate also costs £9. Please make cheques payable to London Borough of Southwark.

Postage

Please note that certificates are sent to you by 2nd class post. If you wish for extra security in receiving your certificate in the post, we can offer a recorded delivery service for and extra £1. To request this service, please contact us.
