Southwark's tenants' movement and its recognised tenants and residents associations (TRAs) are funded out of the tenant fund, a section of the rent set aside for resident involvement.
The tenant fund is managed by a sub group of tenant council called the tenant fund management committee, which makes recommendations about how the money should be spent.Southwark Council
