Council tenant involvement

We are committed to working in partnership with our tenants and leaseholders and providing them with opportunities for taking part in our decision making. The council carries out many counsultations such as major improvements and repairs, changes in rent and changes to tenancy.

We can help you:

• Get involved in decision-making
• Develop a feeling of community within your area
• Set up and run your own tenant and resident organisation.
• With training, advice and education to tenants and residents' associations to help them represent their local communities
• Provide services to local area housing forums, tenant council and homeowners council.
