Boroughwide consultation

As a leaseholder in Southwark we have an obligation to consult with you on various contracts relating to your property.

There are times when we are unable to fully comply with the regulations governing statutory consultation. In these instances we will have to apply to the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (LVT) for dispensation of the relevant paragraphs.

To enable us to consult with you further this page will provide you with detailed information relating to boroughwide contracts where we will be seeking dispensation. It will also provide details on applications made by Southwark and supporting documents.
