Grants for landlords

In certain circumstances we may be able to offer some financial assistance in helping you meet the cost of the works we are requiring you to do.

Please note 

• Grants available may not meet the whole cost of the works
• You will be required to become an accredited landlord
• Grants are payable on satisfactory cost of the works only
• You would be expected to undertake to let your property for a minimum of five years
• Other conditions may apply

Grants are available for other issues in private housing where the housing enforcement unit are not involved for example grants to help with increasing the energy efficiency of your property are available.
