Tenant complaints and notices

What do I do if a tenant complains?

If the complaint is reasonable and it is about something you are responsible for, you should sort the problem out yourself. You must take account of your tenants' rights.

If you're not sure what a tenant's rights are, consult your solicitor or the Southwark's Housing Advice Service.
