Planning appeals

You can find details of all current planning appeals and all appeals decided since January 1 2004 by using the advanced planning search of our planning applications register.

You can also see them at the Walworth One Stop Shop in Wansey Street, just off the Walworth Road near the Elephant and Castle.

If you need a certified copy of an appeal decision letter held on our statutory register of decisions you can order one from us. There is a charge for providing copies so please contact us to find out how much this will be and how you can make your payment.

Planning appeals are decided by the Planning Inspectorate and further information about the appeal process, including the forms you need to complete to make an appeal, can be found on their website.
