Risk management strategy

The council has a risk management process to support the management of key risks facing the council.

The risk management process is supported by the council's risk management strategy.

Corporate risk manager Maureen McBain said, "Southwark is a continuously changing borough and this brings with it challenges. In support of this has been the council's risk management process which has evolved to help drive Southwark forward in the knowledge that the key risks we now face are being effectively identified, assessed and managed".
