- Ethnic minorities
- Lone parents
- Mature workers
- People with low or no skill set
- Long term unemployed

How do we recruit
We have developed an innovative workplace coordinator model to create a cross London network of skilled people who can be transferred from site to site.
The model helps sustain employment and identifies shortages of skills in the construction sector through:
- Links to the supply chain, which enables vacancies to be identified and created
- Access to all organisations and processes onsite
- Personal support for applicants
- Ongoing employment support to ensure career advancement and reduced drop out rates
- Flexible training and support including dates and locations to fit in with the applicants needs
- Easy model application on major development sites
- Influencing recruitment, training and employment practices for under represented groups within the construction industry
