Track your housing repair

You can check the progress of a repair raised to your home or your block by login into your MySouthwark account.

Track your repair

Your account will show you the:

  • repair description
  • reference number
  • date it was ordered
  • contractor working on repair
  • appointment date and time

If you have a problem with your repair

If you need more information or have a problem with your repair, use your MySouthwark account to "query a repair" - you will be able to contact the contractor directly.

If this option doesn't solve your problem, email repairs@southwark.gov.uk.
