Garage repairs

Lost garage keys

We do not hold spare keys for garages.

If you have lost your garage key, contact the Garages Team by calling 020 7525 1477 and choosing option two. We will arrange for the locks to be changed. There is a charge for this service; the minimum charge is £98 and the maximum charge is £250.

Break-ins to garages

If your garage has been broken into, you should inform the police immediately. You can do this online and report a crime incident on the police website.

You should also inform the Garages Team by calling 020 7525 1477 and choosing option two.

If your garage needs to be secured, we will arrange this.

Anti-social behaviour around garages

If you need urgent help regarding antisocial behaviour, contact the police immediately. You can do this online and report antisocial behaviour on the police website.

If it is not urgent, you can inform us if there has been antisocial behaviour near your rented garage using the online form below.
