Landlord forum

We hold twice yearly forums with private landlords, agents and developers in an informal setting.

Our forums aim to:

  • support and inform landlords around key legislative/policy changes concerning the private rented sector
  • promote good practice
  • seek new business opportunities to procure private rented accommodation
  • gain insight and feedback from the business community

We’re holding our next landlord forum in March 2019 (date TBC)

This will be an event to build on our partnership work with private landlords, managing and lettings agents with a number of important updates on relevant legislation, our new initiatives and topics of interest. It will be an informal networking event where we can also learn more about our private sector stakeholders’ needs.

This is a free event with refreshments and lots of useful information available for landlords. It is not ticketed, but we would appreciate an RSVP from attendees to indicate numbers for planning by emailing tenancy.relations@southwark.gov.uk.

Landlord accreditation training

The next session will be held on Monday 7 January at 132 Queens Road, SE15 2HP
