Landlord forum

We hold twice yearly forums with private landlords, agents and developers in an informal setting.

Our forums aim to:

  • support and inform landlords around key legislative/policy changes concerning the private rented sector
  • promote good practice
  • seek new business opportunities to procure private rented accommodation
  • gain insight and feedback from the business community

We’re holding our next landlord forum on Thursday 22 March 2018 between 6pm and 8pm at 160 Tooley Street, SE1 2QH

This will be an event to build on our partnership work with private landlords, managing and lettings agents with a number of important updates on relevant legislation, our new initiatives and topics of interest. It will be an informal networking event where we can also learn more about our private sector stakeholders’ needs.

This is a free event with refreshments and lots of useful information available for landlords. It is not ticketed, but we would appreciate an RSVP from attendees to indicate numbers for planning by emailing

Landlord accreditation training

We are pleased to be holding a landlord accreditation training session at 160 Tooley Street on 13 February 2018

This one day course will enable landlords to obtain accreditation to this nationally recognised standard and enjoy a number of key benefits. If you wish to learn more about the course and the scheme and to book a space, please visit the London landlords website.
