Walworth One Stop Shop
The One Stop Shop has suffered significant damage and is unusable for the foreseeable future. The council is currently considering its options for restoring access to face to face council services for customers in the Walworth area.
In the meantime, customers requiring council services are still advised to visit this or telephone 020 7525 5000.
Customers in the Walworth area can now access a temporary customer service point in the council’s main building at 160 Tooley St, SE1 2QH.
This service is available on a drop-in basis from 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday. More or less the same range of services that were previously available at WOSS can be accessed.
Customers can also visit the My Southwark, Customer Service Point at 11 Market Place ' The Blue', Southwark Park Road, SE16 3UQ.

If you require housing advice, you have the following options:

We’ve added Morrisons car park on the Walworth Road SE17 1JE as a new location in direct response to the fire at WOSS. The mobile office will be at this location , fortnightly on Mondays, at 9:00am – 4:00pm starting on April 22 2013.
