Southwark Connexions Service
Connexions is a new Youth Support service for 13 to 19 year olds to guide and support them through their transition to adulthood and working life. Connexions is delivered through a range of existing public, private, voluntary and community sector organisations, which work in partnership to deliver a comprehensive and coherent support service for young people.
