Activities: Professional health promotion advice and support to local providers, statutory and voluntary, to enhance their capacity to undertake effective health promotion. Provision includes training, resources, consultancy and advice, research, evaluation and project management for agencies and individuals with a 'grass roots' role to play in preventing illness and promoting health and well being.
