Family information service
Southwark Family Information Service (FIS) provides information about local services, support, publications and activities.
They can assist with:
- Parenting support and advice, including courses and services that are designed to help parents meet the needs of their children
- Registered childcare, including children's centres, childminders, nurseries, pre schools , breakfast clubs, after school clubs and holiday playschemes
- Help towards childcare costs
- Free early education
- Activities, including youth clubs, sports, parent and toddler groups, dance, drama, music and toy libraries
