Providing documents and/or information
If we've asked you to provide documents and/or information to support your Housing Benefit claim, you don’t need to visit our offices or send documents through the post. Save time and submit them online.
We accept copies of most documents now and we'll also start accepting copies of proof of identity and National Insurance number from 1 October 2017.
Documents must be in a non-editable format such as PDF, JPEG or bitmap.
Don't provide documents here if we’ve asked you for original documents. Please send the originals by post to:
