Housing - nuisance and threatening behaviour

Service outline

Anti-social behaviour covers all social nuisances from noisy neighbours, graffiti, harrassment, litter, to theft or abandoned cars on the street.

Where Neighbourhood Housing Offices (for Council tenants) and the Metropolitan Police (other landlords, leaseholders and freeholders) feel that they have a serious case of anti-social behaviour and they have been unable to resolve the problem locally, a referral is made to the Southwark anti-social behaviour unit.

The referral can be for legal action and/or further resources to gather evidence, or for non-legal resolution.
