Jobs - equal opportunities
Service outline
Southwark's diversity creates a resilience and ability to respond to change. The council also benefits from having a diverse workforce, as our staff bring a wealth of experiences to the borough's work. In 2006 to 2007, 45.5 percent of the council's workforce identified themselves as black or minority ethnic groups.
For the council, our challenge is to see how we can make Southwark a place where communities and individuals can thrive and achieve their maximum potential.
