One stop shops

The one stop shop is a drop-in service for anyone living, working or visiting Southwark. Visit the one stop shops for friendly face-to-face advice, information, help and access to all council and community services.

The one stop shops have highly trained staff who are able to deal with all general enquiries about council services, as well as council tax and housing benefit. We provide advice and information, try to help you resolve any problems you may have and put you in touch with the right service if you need additional help. 

We can help you to fill in forms on paper or online and can provide private interview areas.

Each one stop shop has

• A free phone line to all council services.
• A wide range of leaflets, forms and information.
• Free access to the council's website via public access computers.
• Immediate telephone interpreting.

Means of access

• BSL (British Sign Language) video link (at Walworth)
• Wheelchair user access
• Induction loops

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
