Social services - community and day centres

There are day centres for older people, people with mental health problems and for adults with physical disabilities.

These services are available following an assessment of need. This is a discussion with you to find out how to best support you to continue living in your own home. We look at your needs and decide what help you are eligible for. The help may include one of our day centres. There is a charge for the service.
