You can also pick up a parking application form from the parking shop, or ask them to send one out to you.
The Parking Shop

When you have signed and completed your application form, please send it by post or take it to the parking shop.
You will need to supply the parking shop with
- The completed and signed application form
- A letter from your company
- Payment for the correct amount
If applying by post, please make cheques or postal orders payable to Southwark Parking Services.
If applying in person at the parking shop, you can pay by cash, credit or debit card, postal order or cheque accompanied by a cheque guarantee card.
The parking shop is open from 9am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday. Closed on bank holidays.
Conditions of use
- Vehicles must not be more than 2.28 metres high or 5.25 metres long and, if designed for passengers, should carry no more than 12 people, excluding the driver
- Vehicles parked at one location throughout the working day are liable to have their permits withdrawn and be ticketed, clamped or removed
- Permits are valid only in the zone in which the business is located and do not guarantee that a space will be available
