Future Peckham: Peckham Area Action Plan (PAAP) We are preparing an area action plan for Peckham that will be used to deliver change and improve the area in a way that is sustainable and benefits the community. 
A lot of important and good work has been done and is continuing to take place to improve Peckham through the Peckham Programme. The Peckham Area Action Plan will build upon this work and take it forward in a future vision for Peckham.
Future Peckham and the Core Strategy
Another planning document is being produced that will affect Peckham. This is called the Core Strategy. We are about to publish the final version of the issues and options report for the Core Strategy. For more information on this visit the Core Strategy website.
Consultation on the issues and options for Future Peckham
After consulting on a vision paper in March and April we have prepared a paper which explains the issues that we need to address in Peckham and the vision for how Peckham will be in 2020. The issues and options paper also explains the different options we have for achieving this vision.

What happens next?
The draft issues and options paper was presented to Planning Committee on September 2 2008 for their comments and Council Executive on 20 October 2008.
We are now making changes to the issues and options report. The final version of the issues and options report will be ready and available on this webpage soon. After the Council Executive has approved it you will be able to make comments.
