Appeal documents
You can look at the documents for current appeals, including the appeallant's reasons for appealing and the council's comments on this by searching our planning applicatons register. If you prefer, you can also call at our offices to see them.
Decided appeals
If you need a certified copy of an appeal decision letter held on our statutory register of decisions you can order one from us. There is a charge for providing copies so please contact us to find out how much this will be and how you can make your payment.
Comment on an appeal
If you would like to comment on a current appeal or have any questions about any of the appeals displayed in the register, please contact the planning case officer. The contact details are listed against the application details in the online register. If no case officer is listed please contact planning enquiries

Planning appeals are decided by The Planning Inspectorate and further information about the appeal process, including the forms you need to complete to make an appeal, can be found on their website.
