Local Planning Application Requirements General information
The Government has produced a list of local planning application requirements. The council has selected from this list the information you need to submit to us with your application before it is validated and consideration of the application can begin.
The list includes the most common types of information and supporting documentation required to help in the consideration of an application.
Additional information that may be required will depend on the type of application and the scale of development proposed. Where a type of application does not include information that the local list requires to be submitted, the application will not be accepted as valid and consideration of the application will not begin.
