Walworth One Stop Shop

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

At the Walworth One Stop Shop in Wansey Street SE17 you can see all the statutory planning registers, including those with details of planning applications, planning enforcement notices and tree preservation orders, as well as details of conservation areas and listed buildings. You can also access other useful planning information there. A customer service representative will be able to assist you with straightforward enquiries.

Duty planner at Walworth One Stop Shop

On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays a duty planner is also available during the opening hours 9am to 5pm to answer more detailed general planning enquiries and provide general advice about current planning applications and planning history.

However, if you wish to talk in details about an application you have been consulted on you are advised to make an appointment with the planning case officer whose contact details are listed against the application details in the planning applications register.
