New bins at new developments
If you have just moved into a brand-new property, the developer will usually have arranged for new bins to be provided. If no bin has been supplied, please contact the property developer first. If the developer does still does not provide you with a bin, we are happy to help. Please contact us through your area housing office. Click here to view contact details for your area housing office.
Properties using shared paladin bins
Some properties are not able to have ordinary wheeled bins as there is no space for storing them. In these cases, the Waste Operations team may supply large paladins that can be shared by a number of different properties, and allocate an area on the street where the paladin bins can be stored. All problems with paladins can be reported by contacting us using the details below.
Bins on housing estates
Problems with bins on housing estates should be reported to your area housing office. Click here for contact details of your area housing office. If you live on a private estate, your property management company normally deals with issues related to communal bins.
