If your current bin is missing or damaged, or you have never had a bin, please contact us using the details below or click the link to use the The following link opens in a new windowonline wheelie bin request form. You can use this form if your bin has been stolen, is damaged, if a more suitable type of bin is needed or if you have a bin that you no longer need.

New bins at new developments

If you have just moved into a brand-new property, the developer will usually have arranged for new bins to be provided. If no bin has been supplied, please contact the property developer first. If the developer does still does not provide you with a bin, we are happy to help. Some properties are not able to have ordinary wheeled bins as there is no space for storing them. In these cases, the Waste Operations team may supply large paladins that can be shared by a number of different properties, and allocate an area on the street where the paladin bins can be stored. All problems with paladins can be reported by contacting us using the details below.

Bins on housing estates

Problems with bins on housing estates should be reported to your area housing office. Click here for contact details of your area housing office. If you live on a private estate, your property management company normally deals with issues related to communal bins.
