Did you know?
- UK households throw away the equivalent of 3.5 million double-decker buses full of rubbish every year. If you lined up all these buses they'd stretch from London to Sydney in Australia and all the way back again
- Nappies make up about two per cent of all household rubbish - that's the same weight as 70,000 double-decker buses. If you lined up all these buses, they'd stretch from London to Edinburgh in Scotland
- Every year in the UK we use 13 billion steel cans. If you lined them up end-to-end, they'd stretch to the moon three times
That's enough facts - now have some fun!
