Future Toilet ProvisionA review of public toilets in Southwark was carried out and a plan for future toilet provision was decided on.
Two new toilets are being procured to replace the old automatic toilets in Camberwell Green and Atwell Road. Regeneration over the next few years will increase the number of public toilets in Southwark. The Unitary Development Plan contains policies meaning that certain types of new developments must provide public toilets.
In addition to this, permission is currently being sought to signpost private toilet facilities. This will let customers know which shops and other buildings contain public toilets. The list of toilet facilities will be updated as and when permission is granted.
Below is a list of new toilet facilities planned for the future.
