Other Ways to RecycleRecycling has never been easier
It is now possible to recycle more and more of our waste. In Southwark, paper, card, glass bottles and jars, food and drink cans and plastic bottles can all be collected either direct from your home, using our blue box or clear bag scheme, or from your nearest recycling centre.
Clothes, textiles and shoes are collected from recycling sites across the borough, and these - plus a wide range of other materials including batteries, engine oil and fluorescent tubes - can be brought to the household waste reuse and recycling centre at Manor Place Depot.

All sorts of other items can be reused or recycled too. Search using the links to the A to Z list below to see what else you can recycle and how.
Reduce, reuse, recycle
Don't forget that before reusing or recycling, it is best to reduce the amount of waste we produce in the first place. Visit our waste minimisation pages for some great ideas.
