The council target for a formal response is ten working days.

There is an administration charge for the service, which is currently £42.00.
Please note that the administration charge is per address. If you require information on any surrounding sites you need to identify them and enclose a further fee for additional searches.

Please note that in accordance with the Data Protection Act and internal procedures you can only have access to the public registers. If you require any copies of the information contained in the registers, a charge will be made to cover the cost of photocopying.
How to proceed

- Submit an outlined site plan of the address
- Include a crossed cheque or postal order for £42.00 made payable to 'Southwark Council'
If we do not hear from you within 14 days we will assume that you do not wish for us to take any further action on this matter and we may close the file.
