LEP Construction Timetable

The table below shows our target construction programme. We want bidders to know that
- We have an extended Wave Three rolling construction programme in three phases
- The local education partnership will look at inflation and location factors at the start of each phase
- Our target construction programme looks at phasing, interdependencies and key activities
- We want the schools built as soon as possible
- During procurement, we will invite bidders to test our phasing plan and suggest improvements
- Our target programme assumes that our preferred bidder will start the detailed design of our co-located scheme, St Michael and All Angels Academy and Highshore School, at risk
- Our preferred bidder would start detailed design of the other Phase two schemes after financial close
