The alcohol recovery project offers high quality care and support to anyone whose drinking or drug taking is causing them difficulties. Includes drop-in 'shop front', women and men only services, advice, counselling, day programme, group work, complementary therapy (acupuncture) and shiatsu.

A project designed to help drug users who are returning to the community after being in prison for a short period of time. Offers advice, assessment and access to one-to-one counselling and group work and liaises closely with staff and treatment providers within the prison service.
Ex-offenders are assisted with accessing other services in the area including treatment, training, employment and housing, so that they can start to lead a full and productive life.

An initiative chiefly aimed at the Asian community with the intention of increasing awareness and knowledge of the treatment services available, in order to improve access to these services. In addition, it aims to tackle the dependency on drugs and substances whilst taking into consideration both cultural and religious beliefs and values.
Phoenix House has a strong focus on the community where work includes initiatives to encourage a more open attitude when approaching the issue of drugs and substance misuse. This is largely to tackle the stereotypes and assumptions surrounding the drug users and usage.

For 14 - 18 year-olds with mental health problems including symptoms of anxiety, depression, agitation and obsessive-compulsive disorder. It is also aimed at young people who are deliberately self-harming, have a range of disorders including psychotic and food-related and those who are victims or perpetrators of all forms of abuse.
CAMHS provides a wide range of services, which include various forms of counselling both on an individual and family level, plus psychotherapy, cognitive therapy and family therapy. CAMHS also facilitates group work and outreach work and provides liaison and consultation with clients including medication. These are all aimed at reducing inpatient care by providing a programme that is created to cater for the individual needs of the client.
