How can we develop childcare services to meet your needs? When looking for childcare, do you ever feel that
- You would like more choice in your area
- The cost is too high
- You need more flexible provision to meet your working or training needs
- The quality is not as good as you would like
From April 2008, every local authority has a duty to ensure that sufficient childcare is available to enable parents to train or work.
We are carrying out a childcare sufficiency assessment that will judge whether there is enough childcare to meet parents' needs.
We want your views
This is your opportunity to take part in the assessment and help us understand how we can ensure that childcare in Southwark meets your future needs.
Your opinions are important to us and will help to ensure that quality and accessible childcare is provided throughout the borough.
If you would like to take part in the assessment please contact us.
