Young Southwark is a partnership of the key agencies for children, young people and their families in Southwark. It brings services together and works with children, young people and their families, so that they can grow up in good health, feeling safe and secure, and realise their full potential.

Every Child Matters

Every Child Matters Change for Children is the name for a big project across England which involves everyone who works with children and governs they way we work. These webpages mirror the Every Child Matters aims and outcomes to ensure all children can

• Make a positive contribution
• Achieve economic wellbeing 

Much of this is achieved through the important area of service management.

Children's Commissioner for England

It is really important that children and young people have a say in the decisions that affect them. The government has appointed a Children's Commissioner for England, who will give children and young people a voice in government and in public life.
